I think you should, until your ISP and your CE router are sorted out,
turn off your IPv6 at your router, and just use Teredo or an explicit
tunnel with sixxs.net for your work-at-home IPv6 needs.

I don't think that homenet should accomodate the particular set of
constraints that you have.  I believe that they will go away.

(me: I prefer end to end connectivity over the multi-dozen-megabit/s
consumer-style, high-latency, bufferbloated incument telco junk. Mind
you, they can't even spell IPv6...)
