Charlie, Thanks for the additional information.
I am running version 7. Since I am in a shared environment none of the CFOBJECT statements seem to work so I can't either post the wait or change the header. The good news is that I am not blacklisted and I am hoping that if I can notify users to check their spam and allow the sending email address to be accepted we can get through to most of the users. I really appreciated all of the information that I got from this post and I can look at long term ways of solving the problem. Thanks to everyone who replied.
