Did you take the paper tray out to fill it, or fill it in the printer? I have fairly small hands and was having trouble getting the paper into position and then getting the guides to fit snugly without scrunching it. It seems like the tray should come out to be loaded, but I was not able to do so.

So the size bar that snugs the paper can at least reach. One thing I couldnt get to do is print at 4x6. for some reason it takes perforation or some type that I dont want it to pick.
