Hi Stanley, Interesting, that you are applying the Rollataq to the foamcore and not to the print. Up to what size photo would you apply this method and for how long have you been doing it this way?

I know, I know, that un-use is a sin, but time's been tight. In the meantime: I've been getting by fine for low-volume mounting with a 4" Rollataq applicator. I cut a piece of fomecore a few inches larger than the untrimmed print. I apply the rollataq to the fomecore. I go left to right, then top to bottom, to ensure good coverage. I lay the print upon it. I put sheets of 11x17 paper over the print and fomecore. Press everything down with a roller. Put a heavy box on top. Come back in 30 minutes. Remove box. Remove 11x17 paper sheets. Trim up using Logan matte cutter. Works WONDERFULLY. Not a single failure. Neither messy nor wasteful when following this protocol. Most excellent results. No separation, even when the print's curly-curly cuz it's from the end of the roll and I've had no time to flatten.
