About out of bullets - pulled the tray out of my DJ90, trying to think what else might be wrong. Your description sounds like some sort of blockage. Can you feed a single sheet of paper thru the front manual feed (shares most of the same paper path with the tray feed)? You may have to use regular photo paper, bond may not be stiff enough to start. Have you pulled out the rear insert and inspected with flashlight?
