Hey guys,

The printer is brand new about a few months with only 2 ink carts that
I changed out so far (LM, LC). I have not looked from the back or
pulled anything out. I stopped getting in to repairing printers after
taking my Epson 1280 apart for a clogged head, and now I still have it
in parts with a new head yet to be installed. All sitting in a box. I
will take a look from the rear. I was hoping the paper kink and the
fact that it pulls it forward a bit(likely in the position to go in
just at the "catch") would give some clue to whats happening. Thanks
for the feedback...any tricks or special numbers to call to actually
get HP help with this? As I keep reading the support for the 130 is
minimal. I would imagine the team that worked on developing the Z
series would be very much some of the same people who worked on the
130? I think the Z was done in Spain?
