Hi Jim, The only thing I could think of is that perhaps you have a bad printhead or PRINTHEADS. Its typically best to change them all at the same time. Im not sure if your doing that.
Is your printhead calibration test giving you the Old Checkmark? How long ago did you start having this problem? IF the problem occured after the new Printhead was installed then its Pretty likely. Based of the info you gave thats my best guess.
