Thanks Justin. I have actually changed a few of the printheads over
the last year---however, this problem occurred after things were fine.
It's funny that the test pages work fine, as well as the
calibration---I think it's because the black isn't used that heavily
during the run. 

I wonder what (if anything) is between the cartridge and the
printhead. That's where I'm guessing the problem might be...
