I recently did a head re-alignment on my DJ90. During the process I was asked if I wanted to download the new firmware upgrade. I said yes, and since then the rear feed is much, much easier to handle. Maybe a firmware upgrade might help others here too who have rear or roll feed issues.
The printhead realignment also removed the dreaded magenta highlights in my black and white prints.
