Thanks for this step by step description...I think it makes this clear....at least for me that something is "OFF" regarding Q5. Since I have to refeed the roll after every print. Im not sure if this last 5.03 firmware helps, as I just loading it yesterday, or if it is the EFI RIP that is having it refeed(I doubt that it involves EFI in the paper feeding, but perhaps paper options?....This kinda makes sense and glad you brought it up, as my HP driver is set to letter size so I can print text and webpages with a click, yet always use the roll with the printing of color images photo etc. So maybe after the RIP prints it defaults to the letter size and thats when it rejects the roll....Anyway, your post helps a bunch
