Hi Phil, re: parts, you could try the parts list at: http://www.mikekellerphoto.com/Other/parts_list.pdf . Please don't take my word for it, but I think you need the base adaptor Q1246-60011 (Base adaptor left and right). You might also need the hardware kit Q1246-60013.
