I've noticed that with heavier weight papers my cutter has a much easier time the longer the printed piece is. In other words if I print one image that is 17" the cutter has a difficult time and gets jammed, but if I print 24" inch or longer it slices through like butter. I think it has something to do with how the paper lays on the cutting "arm".
