I have a DJ 130 and just put an automatic roll feed and cutter on it. I bought it used. My problem is the cutter wont cut my Hawk Mountain Osprey Textured 24 paper. 100% cotton, mould-made, acid-free 250 gsm, 15 mil It starts to cut but then jams. I can slide the cutter through the paper by hand but then the printer is in paper jam mode. I haven't quite figured out how to easily recover from that without turning off the printer and starting over.
So is the cutter just dull from the supposed light use of the previous owner or is it just not capable of cutting paper this heavy? And if just dull can I get new blades without buying the whole cutter assembly?
