I always have mine plugged in and I got the yellow out problem.  I 
would not call it a clog either since nobody has any answer for what is 
going on including HP who really don't care about supporting the DJ130.
The tech who monitors the HP forum, Carl Hening will just tell you to 
pront a diagnostic and that its a printhead failure.
