Hello: Thanks a bunch for providing all this useful information...Since I don't like the extra heat being produced by the non fan cooled power supply when the unit is plugged in I've decided to just leave it totally unplugged...Seems like only a matter of time before it might burn up prematurely plus I always thought that extra heat to the heads when not necessary would be detrimental as well...
