Yes! of course i tried it and it all seem ok, but the problem is still there!!!! I have no idea why!!! I tried to contact hp but i have to say they have the worst costumer service... I tried it tru the live chat, they asked me about my printer, my name, serial number and bla bla bla, I thought ok they need to know this and then they will help me, and after that they said... uh, yes someone will contact you... I'm still waiting for the contact!!!! I really need help... any ideas?
