If it's not software related (media profile in the driver is OK, no weird colour management through wrong profiles/messed up application colour management), it might be the consumables. Set the media profile to coated paper, leave the driver settings otherwise to default, open MS Paint and create your own little test sheet: a few blocks of the primary colours (CMYK & RGB), plus a few pastel colours to check the light colours. DON'T USE PHOTOSHOP or any other program that can do colour management for this, paint is fine. Check for bandings/colour shift. If that prints OK, its not the printer, it's your workflow. If not, I bet you any money it's the consumables, most likely the Printheads. Print the status page and check their age/throughput, they are the most likely candiate, try to recover them, otherwise replace.
