Overall I agree with the changes proposed, except I suggest a tweak to one
change:

"I would like to change 6 from "If you are uploading a series of shows then
post them one every two weeks." to "All hosts must leave 9 slots between
their shows.", again exceptions should be made with the mail list."

I can see why you say 9 slots but instead I think this is clearer "...must
leave at least two weeks between their shows...".
