Ok... Downloaded the snapshot, but before I begin, I was just wondering if 
you knew if it is necessary to specify the host or anything other than just 
./configure to get it to compile.

BTW, I'm continuing to post to the group on this so that the answers get 
archived. I can't seem to find any information on this anywhere else on the 
Internet.
