Oh, ok it is 3.2.0b4-011302.

It just seem that the most relevant documents get the least amount of stars
( documents with searched keywords and titles) and those which are the least
important (search word mentioned a few times in text) get the most of the
stars. It is confusing and misleading for those doing the search.

The second paragraph of http://www.htdig.org/FAQ.html#4.14

Setting a factor to 0 lowers the score for words of that type, but it
doesn't suppress them from the results - it just pushes them to the end.

There is no 3.16 beta 04. I imagine you have either the 3.1.6 final
(stable) release, or you have a snapshot of 3.2.0b4. Either way, you
should be able to get the version number, including release date for a
snapshot, by running "htdig -\? | head" and looking for the 3rd line of
output, which begins "This program is part of ht://Dig ..." The "..."
will be the full version number, which should accompany any bug or
trouble report. (I'm currently adding a note about this to the FAQ,
question 5.33).
