Well, I'm having a hard time seeing why the typo above would have caused
external parsing of Word and PDF docs to fail.  Maybe it would be worth
having a look at the whole config file.  It may also help to have a look
at a sample of output from one of your external parsers, for a document
that's being rated to high in the score.
