Do all the photos have the same roll, pitch and yaw angles?

This could be some combination of 'only use images selected in 
preview' in the optimiser tab and not all photos selected in the 
preview.  The .pto project file would be useful to figure this out.

Also do you have autopano-sift-C installed?  This isn't available in 
fedora.

I'm pretty sure the fedora 0.7.0 packages are ok, though I can't 
check at the moment as I'm 'between desktops' until I can get 
another built.
