What is the point using 7 exposures on an image that can be shot 
satisfactorily with one exposure? I estimate the dynamic range of that 
image is about 4 or 5 f-stops if you don't count in the white stripe on 
top where there isn't any relevant information (and which is seriously 
overexposed in both versions anyway).

BTW: On a close look this white stripe shows some artifacts in the exr 
version which seem a typical problem of HDR images...
