The current hugin wouln't detect any stacks (it does this by looking for images with less than 10% yaw/pitch variation), so no exposure fusion with enfuse would be done - and you would get lots of ugly seams between the differently exposed shots. This would be an (obscure) use for the 'seam blend before exposure fusion' option.
