Sure, that's usually one of the simple tasks. Either try one of the CP
detectors or set some Control Points manually and optimize. Just try it out.
If the images were shot with different cameras / lenses or from a
different point then don't forget to tell Hugin that each image uses a
different lens ("Camera and Lens" tab, "New Lens" button).
