If you don specify an output a file a.out will be created. Use: g++ -msse2 -O2 multiblend.cpp -ltiff -ltiffxx -o multiblend and you will find a binary called multiblend (without extensions) in your folder. You can (sudo) copy that one to /usr/local/bin or any other place of your liking.
