Everything is a frequency. Echos come in many forms. mankind manipulating gravity waves is not that far fetched considering they can use mtns in which to induce their onset.
And truth be told, the theory about the gas lines, well HAARP bounces waves off the ionosphere but it was also designed to be able to find holes underground so it also bounces off soil and if their is pockets underground it will backscatter a different echo. Infrastructures of pipes would produce some form of events of a backscatter echo too. Just in that circumstance, the echo would change because it is not just soil and then an area of no soil, it has a metal or plastic tube that emits a different form of a bioflectance of frequency in return to what is being directed at it.
