In our sillier moments we've considered how to get the wheel charged up to
10,000 volts so that reckless people who get too close get a strong shock and
pull back by reflex. Of course it would make cottoning difficult.
We've even had people reach UNDER the wheel cover. I shall not repeat the
words that went through my head.
