Hi Well my gigs are now mostly concerts in small churches etc, it may not be any more authentic, but at least I respect the music. We try to tell a story in our gigs, instead of just playing piece after piece. Our concerts have themes, such as the 100 years war or a piglrimmage to Compostella.. and we try to educate the audience by making them imagine what people would have heard, who they would have met,etc ,etc.
