I am doing all of my sequencing on the rm1x. The track mute and section
switch stuff is great to use for performance. If you are wanting to capture
that stuff for playback, consider recording the audio output into an app like
Cakewalk. That way, your performance in recorded in audio, which in some ways
is easier to deal with than MIDI. You can splice the best parts of various
audio passes together in order to patch together a complete performance.
