I reported that to Alessandro back in 2006 or so and I actually
thought it was fixed :)

I'll check those three after I find out what stupid application has
blocked sound device and doesn't let it go :)

In my experience a lot of people here are not used to using sound/
music applications in Russian. See, we were ignored by software
vendors here for so long that the whole idea of a localized UI sounds
like perversion to some people :) And, obviously, they choose not to
run UI in Russian and not to use cyrillic characters in file names. So
they just don't see any of the above.
