Apparently no Portuguese translators replied so far, I guess that means nobody's working on it -- yet. You can try contacting the original author, who is mentioned in the top of pt.pm, just in case. An updated Portuguese translation would be very much welcomed. Please grab the most recent version of the file from source code control: http://source.otrs.org/viewvc.cgi/otrs/Kernel/Language And submit your updated file via this mailing list, then we'll include it in the next upcoming patch level release. Please note that OTRS modules also have their own translation files. In general, these are much smaller. If you use those, updated or new translations for those would be welcomed as well.
