I was waiting for the 'official' translators do step in, but as Michiel
said, let's do our 'magic'.... hehehe
Tiago, I have all files translated, but not to the last version. I thing
we could join our efforts and come out with something more quickly. I
just didn't translate the e-mail messages used by OTRS.
How could we do it? Exchanging privately e-mails and sharing the final
results?

An updated Portuguese translation would be very much welcomed. Please
grab the most recent version of the file from source code control:
http://source.otrs.org/viewvc.cgi/otrs/Kernel/Language
And submit your updated file via this mailing list, then we'll include
it in the next upcoming patch level release.
Very well. I started working on it already, and will send it ASAP.
Please note that OTRS modules also have their own translation files.
In general, these are much smaller. If you use those, updated or new
translations for those would be welcomed as well.
I noticed that too. Sure, I'll also include complete translations for
the modules.
