Not sure i agree with some of the parts but it is what i used to present.

I havent seen anything on the model.

Overall requirements need to be considered.

You know what would be really useful is to show up at the next meeting with
implementations of I2RS - perhaps a few demos and discuss what the
lessons learnt are.
