Mulai terkuak salah satu "halangan" adalah regulasi , sebagai profesional yang "cendekia" tentunya kita sudah harus mulai berfikir (walaupun mungkin bukan kita yang akan langsung mengerjakannya),paling tidak kita sudah mulai memetakan kearah itu. Saya kira akan banyak disiplil ilmu yang terlibat kimia , geologi, tambang teknik mesin dsb Apakah kita akan baru mulai berfikir setelah seluruh batubara kita habis diekspor , dan kita tidak punya batubara lagi. INGAT BAHWA KITA DENGAN CADANGAN BATUBARA YANG TIDAK TERLALU BESAR DALAM SKALA DUNIA , SAAT INI MENJADI PENGEKSPOR BATU BARA NOMOR TIGA DIDUNIA.
