Btw, adakah renegosiasi kontrak yang dapat dibicarakan supaya menghandari hal ini ? Saya melihatnya potensi loss untuk negara mungkin kecil, dibanding pemasukan APBN. Dimana selama ini sumbangan income negara dari pertambangan non migas ini hanya sekitar 5%. Tentunya sumbangan khususnya untuk Newmont terihat "kecil" dimana pemerintah. Sehingga pemerintah "berani" bila Newmont tidak meneruskan proyeknya. Namun saya lebih khawatir turunnya kondisi iklim investasi yg lebih besar, atau indirect impactnya mungkin lebih besar dibanding direct impactnya. Tentunya amanat UU jelas harus diikuti sesuai konstitusi.
