Interesting, but a bit early to score, I think. The first is more a rollout announcement than a case study.
The second two seem to be preannouncements - just sales folks crowing over their latest victory. I also note that Superior Court Stanislaus County may no longer be able to easily share information with the rest of the court system. If so, how does that serve the greater good? Can you say 'distributed'? Or, perhaps, just another example of a government system being way behind?
