I wasn't saying IBM should continue to support OS/2 and if I implied
that, I'm sorry.  My comment about companies still using OS/2 was in
reply to your question implying that anybody who has bought OS/2 based
PCs in the past 5 years is not "in their right mind".  There are
(arguably valid) reasons for companies to buy hardware and software that
is near end-of-life.

And I worked at an insurance company that still had some workstations
that ran OS/2 because their spreadsheets still worked and could not be
easily migrated to Windows. The version was OS/2 went off support a long
time ago. 

There are probably still some MVT shops out there. Should IBM still
support MVT?
