z/OS 1.7 allows for lower case __passwords__, not __userids__. The only way that I know of to do this is to use the ICHEINTY macro. This requires you to write an APF authorized program. There is no way that I know of to do this with any supplied program or command. -- John McKown Senior Systems Programmer UICI Insurance Center Information Technology This message (including any attachments) contains confidential information intended for a specific individual and purpose, and its' content is protected by law.
