It has nothing to do with CPU creap for long running address spaces or the system in general. BTW, my comment was in relation to the operating system in general, not a specific subsystem. Although I do know of one WLM problem related to WAS and enclaves that will cause a CPU increase in WLM and that increase will not go away until you IPL. But it isn't "creep". It is due to a work queue that gets expanded and never contracts. A design change is coming to fix that and I was trying to find out at SHARE if it was part of z/OS 1.11 or not. It doesn't appear to be listed in any line items, but I am hoping the change is in there anyway.
