Gil, At one place I worked we had a similar situation. The application was an online system. I was not involved with it other than we Were told that the application was written such that it would not tollerate the hour shift so every spring and fall the system would shut down for 1 hour. The systems staff had to baby sit the procedure. It was politics. Ed
