Yeah, and the DB admins will tell you that this is normal. Happens here all the 
time. On the pretext of 'someone else is the hog and we are just the innocent 
bystanders. We *need* this'.

Guess why I complain about the code that just gets a HUGE chunk of storage, 
touches every page (causing it to get backed) and then to become a slot in some 
page dataset, probably never to get touched again. :-(
And I haven't really found a way to find those that hog storage above the bar 
and never really use it.
