We had one of the first in Canada (around 1991 -- I can't remember the excact date; it was very early in its life-cycle). We got it strictly on price. It was cheaper (believe it or not) than the competitors. But, you get what you pay for. We had a lot of problems, at first. But, after a settling in period, we used it for a longggg time. Well past its best before date. In its final incarnation, it was used only by two images supporting a Trust company we acquired in 1994. When we divested ourselves of the company (circa 1998), we junked it. But, it was a true work-horse! . -teD Marching to the beat of a different flute ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html
