Sorry, I should have been more clear.  You cannot change the default 
primary screen size *in PCOMM*.  *PCOMM* has a default primary screen size 
of 24x80 (3174 rules).  If you want to override the default in the BIND, 
go for it, but my experience with 3270 apps is that they [arguably 
incorrectly] assume 24x80 for Erase/Write, only querying the device if 
they plan to use Erase/Write Alternate.
