I'm installing z/OS 1.7 as well, and converting all HFS to zFS files, too. However, the SystemPac doesn't allow the convertion to zFS for the Netview's HFS file. I wonder if if it's a bug of the SystemPac, or this file only cannot be converted to zFS.
