Those all sound like good reasons to keep doing what you're doing. Only if/when customers want something else (which is what spawned this whole thread to begin with), should you consider changing. Your method may not be "SMP/E Classic", but if it works and doesn't cause problems then stick with it.

It is fast. It is simple. It is reliable. It is easy for me to maintain and support. It insures a high level of consistency across my customer base. I'm happy with it. My customers are happy with it. So exactly, what is it I'm supposed to be caring about here? *********************************************************************** Bear Stearns is not responsible for any recommendation, solicitation, offer or agreement or any information about any transaction, customer account or account activity contained in this communication. *********************************************************************** ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html
