I am throwing this out as a suggestion. IIRC the output is an AFP Jes
spool item and won't print unless you have a AFP printer.

LIMCT is JES printer definition(think it's LIMCT=0-15000 for
selection by
lines). It's like something in the Printer Definition and the
Outputs are not
matching making them not eligible for selection. Not a VPS shop, so
haven't
seen it but have lots of weird printers and if they're hooked up
they print.(If
they have paper...).
