        Depends on the setting of LNKAUTH setting in IEASYSxx - if
LNKAUTH=LNKLST then "Yes"

RENT - Yes 
APF -  Yes - It has been some time since the days when LPA libraries had
to be in the APF list, however any module from PLPA is treated as if it
had come from an APF auth load library.

LPDE's.

MLPA has CDE's (IIRC).
