Yep - the NOPROT parameter in IEALPAxx for the modules in MLPA

Got burned by this when I was "nout but a nipper" as the shop I was at
had one of these abominations of a load module.

In the long dead past, yes. However, in z/OS is may or may not depending
on the value of LNKTAB in PARMLIB.
