I'm curious why renaming the program to a different name and invoking it 
with your program won't work for you ???

ie:
Rename PGM=A to PGM=B. Name your front-end PGM=A and call PGM=B.

Who would know PGM=A is really PGM=B ??? And how would they find out ??? If 
you've got people executing programs that "LOOK" like they are named 
similarly to the one they want, then you've got bigger problems.
